On the shores of Lake Superior, Maren grew up playing and listening to folk music in her community and beyond. Her early exposure to the connective totality of music and songwriting has led to a deep desire to explore many paths of music making. Maren performs solo and in various collaborations, including a trio called Stereo Three. She is working on releasing her debut solo songwriting projects and a Stereo Three EP in the next year.
