On the shores of Lake Superior, Maren grew up playing and listening to music in her community and beyond. Her early exposure to the connective totality of live music and songwriting has led to a deep desire to explore many paths of music-making. She has a poignant and poetic approach to songwriting and storytelling. Maren performs solo and collaborates often, including a vocal trio called Stereo Three. She is soon to be recording her debut album and releasing a Stereo Three EP in the next year.
